Our Mission
The Elara Caring Hospice Foundation provides physical, emotional, spiritual and/or social assistance to terminally ill individuals and their families. This is accomplished through providing supplies or services that are not covered by Medicare, personal insurance or are not affordable to hospice patients and families.

Flowers represent love, hope, healing and growth. The Elara Caring Hospice Foundation flower logo incorporates the Elara Caring logo heart, as our foundation is an extension of Elara Caring’s commitment to provide the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
The foundation’s gifts to patients and their families provide services or experiences that can fill them with feelings of love, hope and healing despite difficulties they may be experiencing through the end-of-life journey.
The logo reminds us of the beauty of nature and the natural tendency for humankind to want to help ease other’s suffering. The Elara Caring Hospice Foundation is dedicated to furthering this great work as we continue to grow to impact more individuals in the communities we serve.
What We Fund
The Elara Caring Hospice Foundation helps hospice patients and their families that are experiencing financial hardships.
