Help Patients in Need
All Hospice Hearts recognition donations help families facing financial hardships during their end-of-life journey. Examples of wishes granted include a dinner date to a favorite steak restaurant, bathroom modifications to help with showering, a lift chair to make visiting friends easier and a 102nd birthday celebration.
How Can I Honor a Caregiver?
Approximately 75 days after a patient’s passing, families receive an invitation from the Hospice Foundation to share their gratitude by nominating team members who went above and beyond. You can also make a Hospice Heart donation any time by donating online.
