Our Elara Caring Hospice Foundation’s “Love You Forever” Bears enable patients at end-of-life to do just that… Patients can leave a lasting message to their loved ones by recording a heartfelt message within the bear’s recorder in their own voice. If a patient is no longer able to speak, our Elara Caring team assists in capturing their heartbeat as a lasting memento.
