Free Restorative Yoga for Grief Support, 3rd Friday of each month

We invite you to join us monthly for a virtual meditative and gentle yoga experience, offered free of charge courtesy of our generous Elara Caring Hospice Foundation donors.

According to Noell Hyman, Restorative Yoga Instructor, “Our Restorative Yoga class for bereavement is a gentle, seated class that anyone can do. We combine seated meditation, healthy breathing, visualization and mindful awareness. All you need is your body, a sturdy chair and your attention.”
The benefits of yoga are many, including:

- Reducing stress and anxiety
- Improving sleep
- Enhancing breathing and emotional regulation
- Promoting physical healing and release of tension
- Offering community and support
- Facilitating self-reflection
Attendees are welcome to join by computer, tablet, or phone and may choose to participate with or without their camera. Exercises are gentle and performed in a seated format, with modifications offered as needed. Please consider joining us this month!
