The Elara Caring Hospice Foundation provides physical, emotional, spiritual or social assistance to hospice patients and their families. Any hospice patient (whether an Elara Caring patient or not) can apply for help!

The Elara Caring Hospice Foundation is equipped to provide assistance to patients receiving care from any hospice organization located in the states the Elara Caring Hospice serves.
Yes, donations to the Elara Caring Hospice Foundation are tax deductible. All donors will receive a donation letter from the foundation for your records. If an additional copy of the letter is necessary, please contact the foundation.
